Yes, absolutely! Every single pair of sneakers sold on A2Stock undergoes a rigorous verification process by our in-house experts before it is listed. We only sell 100% authentic products. Please read our Authenticity page to learn more.

Our stock primarily consists of ex-display shoes, minor factory returns, or overstock items. These might have tiny cosmetic flaws (like minor sole dust or tiny creases) but are essentially brand new or near-new. This allows us to offer them to you at huge discounts compared to normal retail prices.

We use a transparent five-level fire rating: 5 flames means Best condition, 4 flames Good, 3 flames Average, 2 flames Bad, and 1 flame Very bad. Each rating reflects visible wear, cosmetic defects, sole condition, and packaging status.

We ship orders with DHL. Delivery inside Germany usually takes 1-3 business days. Shipping costs 4.90 EUR, and is completely free for orders over 150.00 EUR.

Yes! You can return any unworn pair in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team or initiate a return through our contact form. Note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
