These Terms apply to all orders placed in our online shop. Deviating terms of customers shall not apply unless explicitly agreed.

2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The product presentation is not a legally binding offer but an online catalog.
By clicking the order button you place a binding order. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email or shipment of goods.
3. Prices and Shipping
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times depend on availability and the shipping provider.
5. Payment
The payment methods shown at checkout are available. Charges are processed according to the selected method.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until payment is completed in full.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and return instructions are provided in the shop.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. B-stock items may have cosmetic defects described on the product page.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages for essential contractual obligations.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions do not conflict.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. The version valid at the time of order applies.
